Operator was on call with the accounting department during the inspection and there was an error with their initial payment and were only allowed to pay via check to renew, at this time they wrote the check and just have to mail it. **Corrective Action Taken** **Admin Complaint**

Observed in the cold water on the line: Cooked onions (70F – Cold Holding); Cooked mushrooms (70F – Cold Holding) Operator stated they were out for approximately 30 minutes and placed them in the reach in cooler. **Corrective Action Taken**
