Employee placed the eggs in the reach in cooler. Cooked noodles (51F – Cold Holding) double paned stored in the top section of the make reach in cooler in the front counter area. Chef stated the noodles had been stored double paned for approximately 30 minutes. Chef placed the noodles in the bottom section of the reach in cooler. **Corrective Action Taken**
