Observed sour cream (60F – Cold Holding); chocolate milk (56F – Cold Holding) in the 2-drawer cold holding unit behind the front counter. The operator stated the potentially hazardous foods had been held for approximately 2 hours. The operator voluntarily discarded the above foods. **Corrective Action Taken**

14-11-5Basic – Equipment in poor repair. Observed the walk in cooler door gasket torn.
10-06-5Basic – In-use utensil not stored with handle above the top of time/temperature control for safety food and rim of the container. Observed a spoon handle used for grated cheese not stored above the food in the walk in cooler. The operator removed the spoon. **Corrected On-Site**
