03D-01-4High Priority – Cooked potentially hazardous (time/temperature control for safety) food not cooled from 135 degrees Fahrenheit to 70 degrees Fahrenheit within 2 hours. Manager stated peppers were cooked at 9:30 at 12:00 pm. Stop sale issued.
12A-07-4High Priority – Employee failed to wash hands before changing gloves and/or putting on gloves to work with food. Male employee came in back door and put on gloves without washing hands and continued to open can. Also, male employee washed hands for 8 seconds. Hands must be washed for a minimum of 10 seconds.
