Observed approximately 50 live flying insects in back of kitchen near triple sink, mop sink, hand wash sink. Observed two flying insects resting on clean paper towels at hand wash sink. Observed two flying insects in prep area landing on cutting board at prep line. Observed three flying insects near mixer in prep area. Observed five flying insects under counter where tea urns are. **Warning** – From follow-up inspection 2024-10-16: Observed five flying insects on speed rack in prep area of kitchen. Observed two flying insects on wall by mixer. Observed one flying insect under counter at front counter by tea urns. Observed four flying insects in back kitchen by mop sink/ triple sink area. **Admin Complaint** – From follow-up inspection 2024-10-16: Observed two live flying insects at front counter under counter near tea urns. Observed two live flying insects in back of kitchen near triple sink and mop sink. Observed one live flying insect in middle prep area of kitchen. Person in charge killed and discarded all but one flying insect. Also, observed one live roach on floor near floor drain in front counter area.
