12A-27-4High Priority – – From initial inspection : High Priority – Employee cracked raw shell eggs and then handled ready-to-eat food and/or clean equipment or utensils without washing hands. Cook cracked raw egg and began touching reach in cooler handles, no hand wash. Spoke with cook about handwashing. **Warning** – From follow-up inspection 2024-10-22: Employee observed cracking raw shell egg and other process, discussed with managers the importance of hand washing. **Time Extended**

28-02-4Basic – – From initial inspection : Basic – Condensation or other drainage not disposed of according to law. All AC vents on left hand side of dining room dripping condensation. While inspector was in dining room typing report, condensation from vent dripped on inspectors arm. Manager will not seat tables under gripping vents until fixed **Warning** – From follow-up inspection 2024-10-22: Condensation still present on vents somewhat dissipated. Manager will have AC technician come back out. Will continue not to seat customers at tables under vents. **Time Extended**
