High Priority – – From initial inspection : High Priority – Live, small flying insects in kitchen, food preparation area, food storage area and/or bar area. Observed 20 live in the kitchen in dry storage area,on electrical cords in the kitchen on employee clothes in prep area ,multiple light fixtures , and the cook line hood system.
