Observed in stand alone cooler Cooked chicken (52F); Queso (50F – Cold Holding); Beef (49F – Cold Holding). Cooler has an ambient temperature of 39F. Manager explained he had the items out earlier to clean cooler. **Warning** – From follow-up inspection 2024-10-25: Observed Sausage at 55F. Observed beef at 52F.
