High Priority – – From initial inspection : High Priority – Septic tank system operated beyond approved limitations. Establishment has three (3) separate septic tanks for wastewater. One of the tanks is broken beyond repair. Tank was damaged by public utility company while repairing electrical equipment. Establishment is working to get needed permit to hook up to municipal sewage. **Admin Complaint** – From follow-up inspection 2024-10-28: Establishment states that they are working with Florida Power and Light and Jacksonville Electric Authority to obtain needed permit to hook up to municipal sewer system.
