#3Intermediate51-16-7

Intermediate – Existing layout still present, revised plans still needed for establishment, to reflect all equipment locations. Plans are denied as of 3-28-2025 due to client failure to respond and resolve deficiencies. Plans are deficient due to: a¿¢ Lack of ceiling photos (to verify ceilings meet requirements) a¿¢ Lack of updated plans to address issues noted from Inspection # 3533322 performed on 11/04/2025: o Addition of Three-Compartment Sink; o Separate prep area with 1 slicer, 1 mixer, 3 prep tables, ice well with food items; o Storage area has garage doors, ice machine, and coolers. a¿¢ Based on submitted plans handwashing sinks were required in: o Storage Area (next to or within view of the ice machine) o Added Prep Area (area with work tables, ice well, and ice machine; area separated with wall from original kitchen space) a¿¢ A written agreement to keep the garage door closed except when loading/unloading supplies or to render the garage door incapable of being opened was required to ensure food storage and prep spaces would not be exposed to the outside environment. Above deficiencies will need to be addressed when the establishment reapplies for plan review. No plan review submitted and approved – renovations were made or are in progress. Must submit plans and plan review application to DBPR H and R Plan Review office located at 2601 Blair Stone Rd., Tallahassee, FL 32399-1011. Plans must be submitted AND approved within 60 days.
