Stocked appropriately 0900 in drawer reach in cooler per person in charge. Drawer reach in cooler not turned on due to breaker issue. Person in charge had food placed in working reach in cooler with ice. All items tested 41F or below by end of inspection. Cooler turned on by resetting breaker **Corrected On-Site**
