Observed at prep cooler 16 containers of lettuce (50F – Cooling) and 2 containers sliced tomatoes (51F – Cooling). As per label was prepped 3.5 hours ago. Manager removed from cooler and placed into walk in cooler for rapid cooling. **Corrective Action Taken**
