Observed approximately 16 flying insects flying around and landing on walk-in mop area behind dish washing area. **Warning** – From follow-up inspection 2024-11-23: Observed: – 2 flying insects landing on shelf holding cleaning chemicals next to mop sink. – approximately 5 flying insects flying around and landing on wall in mop area. PIC killed three. **Time Extended**

Observed in flip top cooler next to burger grill, swiss cheese (42-45F – Cold Holding); patties (42-46F – Cold Holding). Per operator item has been out of temperature for approximately 1 hour.
