Manager stated dish machine booster heater needs work according to Hobart technician. They have been called. **Time Extended** – From follow-up inspection 2024-12-02: Inspector's irreversible thermometer reading 138F at dish surface, establishment's temp strips did not change color digital display shows 67F for final rinse.
