Observed Jamaican patty in warmer at front counter 112F. Operator stated the pastry's were there less than 2 hours prior to inspection. Operator turned heat up in machine. **Corrective Action Taken** **Warning** – From follow-up inspection 2024-12-12: Observed at pastry warmer Jamaican patty (108F Hot Holding) and guava pastry (120F Hot Holding). As per operator, pastry's were baked and placed into warmer an hour and a half prior to inspection. Operator turned heat up in warmer at time of callback inspection report. **Admin Complaint**
