Observed approximately four live roaches nesting inside duct tape used on sensor cover on sprinkler pipes in ware washing. Person in charge started removing duct tape and roaches from establishment. **Warning** – From follow-up inspection 2025-01-07: Observed approximately one live roach crawling on wall above dish machine and clean food containers. Observed approximately three live roaches nesting in ceiling tiles above ware washing. Observed approximately 40 rodent droppings fall from ceiling tiles on to storage shelf above ware dish machine. **Admin Complaint** – From follow-up inspection 2025-01-08: Observed two live roaches on wall above reach in cooler on cook line. Person in charge killed roaches when pointed out. Observed one live roach crawling on wall above triple sink. Observed approximately four rodent droppings in seam of drop ceiling above ware washing equipment.
