31A-11-4Intermediate – Handwash sink used for purposes other than handwashing. Food debris in bottom of handwash sink in the kitchen.
51-16-7Intermediate – No plans on file. Restaurant has 4 compartment sink and handwash sink in bar area. Operator would like to use 4th compartment as the handwash sink. Did not observe mop sink, when asked we were taken to a sink in the dish room that had hand soap. Manager states it is mop sink, they get their water from this sink and discard mop water out the back door. Must submit plans and plan review application to DBPR H and R Plan Review office located at 2601 Blair Stone Rd., Tallahassee, FL 32399-1011. Plans must be submitted AND approved within 60 days.
