Cooler across from oven, left top side: cheese (45F – Cold Holding); pizza sauce (44F – Cold Holding) operator states food was not prepared today. Operator relocated to the freezer for rapid chill. All other food in the cooler was at proper temperature **Corrective Action Taken**
