Product had been in cooler for less than 4 hours. **Corrective Action Taken** **Warning** – From follow-up inspection 2025-02-10: Observed Shredded Mozzarella Cheese (50F – Cold Holding) in pizza make line reach-in cooler stacked above fill line.
