High Priority – Time/temperature control for safety food cold held at greater than 41 degrees Fahrenheit. Chocolate mix 58 f in the front side of the hopper 38 f in the back side of the hopper near ice cream chamber inlet. As per manager she keeps less than an inch mix in there. less than 1 hour in the hopper. Advised to have it repaired before continuing to use.
