High Priority – – From initial inspection : High Priority – Sewage on ground from failed septic system. Three large holes in ground beside building, exposing lid of septic tank and drain pipe. Holes are filled with wastewater. Operator stated the building owner is aware and has already applied for permits to install a new drain field. No wastewater present inside building and all sinks are draining properly during this inspection. **Warning** – From follow-up inspection 2025-01-30: Owner stated he spoke with the landlord and confirmed they are getting permits for the new drain field. Owner also has completely taped off the area with yellow caution tape, placed a no trespassing sign, and stated he is going to have the septic tank pumped. **Time Extended**
