High Priority – – From initial inspection : High Priority – Time/temperature control for safety food cold held at greater than 41 degrees Fahrenheit. Observed cut tomatoes in reach in cooler at 44F. Manager stated that she has been having problems with cooler. Operator took cut tomatoes and placed in freezer. Operator stated that she just had a rush and lid has been open for an hour. Temped other non time/ temperature control for safety products in cooler and found that cooler is not working. **Warning** – From follow-up inspection 2025-01-29: Manager is not using cooler at this time. Observed man in building working on cooler. **Time Extended** – From follow-up inspection 2025-01-30: Checked cooler and ambient temperature at 51F. Tomatoes and lettuce at 47F. Stop sale on tomatoes and lettuce. Operator voluntarily discarded both items. Recommended to keep ice under all food and to get unit repaired. Operator stated that someone is on their way to repair unit. **Time Extended**
