Cook on cook line cracked raw shelled egg into wok pan with gloved hands and immediately handled ladle for sauce without washing hands. Manager coached employee on proper hand washing procedures. Employee washed hands correctly. **Corrective Action Taken**
12A-17-4High Priority – Employee rubbed hands together for less than 10-15 seconds while washing hands. Dish employee coughed in bare hand, removed toothpick from mouth with bare hand, and washed hands at hand washing sink in dish area for approximately three (3) seconds and did not dry them. Manager coached employee on proper hand washing procedures. Employee washed hands correctly. **Corrective Action Taken**
