Observed five live roaches behind reach-in coolers next to employee bathroom on service line. **Warning** – From follow-up inspection 2025-03-19: During callback, observed four live roaches in the following locations: two on floor behind front counter and two on reach in freezer in kitchen by back door. Operator killed all roaches and cleaned and sanitized locations. **Time Extended** – From follow-up inspection 2025-03-19: During callback, observed three live roaches and four dead roaches on floor in kitchen in various locations. **Time Extended** – From follow-up inspection 2025-03-20: Upon callback, observed four live roaches in the following locations: one moving under reach-in cooler under service window, one on top of reach-in freezer next to employee bathroom, one on wall under hand wash sink next to exit, and one running under reach-in cooler near exit. Approximately eight dead roaches observed behind reach-in coolers and freezers between service window and employee bathroom. **Time Extended**
