Do not use equipment not properly sanitized. Observed dish machine at 0ppm. No sanitizer in machine. Person in charge stated sanitizer was on order. Person in charge had triple sink set up at 300ppm quarts. **Corrective Action Taken** **Warning** – From follow-up inspection 2025-04-07: Observed dish machine at 0ppm chlorine. Person in charge changed out chemical and primed machine. Retested at 100ppm chlorine. **Admin Complaint** **Corrected On-Site**
