Observed approximately 5 rodent droppings on floor in dry storage single service items. **Warning** – From follow-up inspection 2025-03-28: Observed 6 rodent droppings on the shelf and floor area under the convotherm in kitchen. Observed approximately 14 rodent droppings in corner on floor under prep sink and near speed rack storage across from middle walk in cooler. Observed 2 rodent droppings on trim behind warmers in kitchen. Observed 3 rodent droppings on top of cleaning agent under triple sink by hole in the wall. **Admin Complaint**

Observed hand wash sink far left side of comedy club bar with pipe that drains onto floor when in use. Person in charge placed out of order until unit can be fixed. Also, observed wastewater overflowing from drain in side server area in main kitchen.
