Items stored on buffet in dining room: pancake batter (49F – Cold Holding); milk (48F – Cold Holding). Manager stated items placed on counter three hours prior to temperature being taken. Manager moved items to reach-in freezer in kitchen. Manager stated items will be held on time going forward, inspector provided operator with paperwork. **Corrective Action Taken**
