High Priority – – From initial inspection : High Priority – Raw sewage on ground of establishment. Observed several dirty food inserts with water on the ground outside back door. Employee dumped water from one container on the ground and began to clean the pan. Evidence of sewage in parking lot. Employee coached by manager on proper cleaning area and waste disposal. **Corrective Action Taken** **Warning** – From follow-up inspection 2025-04-01: Observed empty mop bucket and mops outside back exit. Observed excessive water with greasy appearance and slippery when walking at certain areas of back exit and side parking lot. Manager states no one has cleaned anything outside today.
