28-13-5High Priority – Raw sewage on ground of establishment. Wastewater from warewashing facilities draining outside into segregated area near outside dining area. Per operator, drains were cleaned and pipe leading to septic tank burst, causing leak approximately a week ago. Outside dining area has been blocked off since then. **Admin Complaint**
