35A-05-4High Priority – – From initial inspection : High Priority – Roach activity present as evidenced by live roaches found. Observed twenty-nine (29) live roaches in establishment: nine (9) on prep shelf holder in kitchen near cook line, fourteen (14) coming out of two holes on wall behind reach in cooler on cook line in kitchen, two (2) below triple sink in kitchen and four (4) on floor below reach in freezer in kitchen. **Warning** – From follow-up inspection 2025-04-22: Five (5) live roaches observed in kitchen. Live roaches killed and discarded. Inspector notes six (6) dead roaches were also observed. All dead roaches were discarded. **Admin Complaint**
