One live roach on floor in kitchen beside water heater. 6. Three live roaches crawling on doorframe in kitchen, near three-compartment sink. 7. Roach excrement in kitchen on gasket on reach-in cooler door. **Warning** – From follow-up inspection 2025-05-02: Inspector observed 15 rodent droppings on floor in kitchen behind row of reach-in coolers during this inspection.
