Basic – A minimum of one bathroom facility is not available for public use. Observed the establishment is currently undergoing renovations in the dining area. As a result, the restrooms are closed to both the public and employees, leaving staff without on-site restroom access.

Observed Three door standing reach-in cooler located next to the three-compartment sink is not operational. As per operator, replacement parts have been ordered and repairs are pending.
