Observed approximately 10 live roaches in the following locations: 5 live roaches inside three compartment sink in kitchen. 3 live roaches on floor inside dry storage area in kitchen. 2 live roaches on soda dispenser system in kitchen. **Warning** – From follow-up inspection 2025-05-22: Approximately 7 live roaches in the following locations. 1 live roach on wall in storage room 2 live roaches inside empty ice bin of soda dispenser machine 4 live roaches inside black cabinet right side of entrance to kitchen. – From follow-up inspection 2025-05-23: Observed five live roaches in the following locations: three under drink stations behind counter, one on door frame of back storage, and one under storage racks in storage room. Operators killed and disposed of roaches during inspection. **Time Extended**
