Repairs underway on the lift station pumps. Lift station pumped out during the callback. No sewage observed overflowing. Okaloosa County Health Department updated. D6 DM notified. All interior drains and restrooms checked to ensure no backups. **Admin Complaint** – From follow-up inspection 2025-05-23: At time of the callback Lift station repairs ongoing. No sewage overflow observed. Area dry . **Admin Complaint** – From follow-up inspection 2025-06-06: Lift station has been repaired and is functioning correctly. There is no raw sewage on the ground in the area. None of the drains in the establishment are backing up into the establishment. **Admin Complaint**
