High Priority – Live, small flying insects in kitchen, food preparation area, food storage area and/or bar area. Observed 28 live flies in establishment kitchen and bar areas. Observed 10 dead flies in establishment. Flies observed in warewashing area, at end of cook line by breading stations, in dry storage room, at prep station by walk in cooler and at outside bar area. Observed dead flies on bulk ice bin, bulk case of unwashed potatoes and on dry storage prep table. Employee attempted to kill all live flies and removed all dead flies. Outside bar area operator relocated fans to prevent flies landing on single service items or food prep equipment. **Corrective Action Taken** **Admin Complaint**
