Both employees removed gloves and placed new gloves on and began to work with ready to eat food without washing hands first. Establishment utilizes "burger mitts" to handle raw product and found supply depleted. Employee replenished supply. Manager notified employees of proper hand washing and employees washed hands. **Corrective Action Taken**
