Observed approximately 15+ rodent droppings under shelves at dry storage/unused walk in cooler. Observed 1 rodent dropping on top of MSG bag at prep area. Observed 3 rodent droppings stuck on greasy wall behind table with bags of MSG in the kitchen behind the kitchen side door to the hallway and 3 rodent droppings on under the table in the same area. **Repeat Violation** – From follow-up inspection 2025-06-27: At the time of callback inspection Observed 2 rodent droppings between boxes on storage shelves Observed 2 rodent droppings under cook line Observed 15+ rodent droppings by back door next to bathrooms Observed 20+ rodent dropping on floor in the water heater room. Observed 10+ rodent droppings on floor behind storage cabinet at front counter **Admin Complaint** – From follow-up inspection 2025-06-28: At the time of callback inspection approximately 15 rodent droppings in the dining room area under tables stored against the wall. **Admin Complaint** – From follow-up inspection 2025-06-30: At the time of the callback inspection no rodent droppings were observed, but observed 1 live roach crawling inside the sugar container on the shelve next to walk in cooler in the back of the kitchen, observed 1 live roach crawling on the wall from back hand washing sink located in the kitchen, observed approximately 10+ live roaches in the gaskets inside reach in cooler located in front of the cook line, observed approximately 4 live roaches on the shelve of prep table next to reach in cooler in front of the cook line, and 1 live roach on the floor by the front counter cashier area. Also observed 1 dead roach under reach in cooler cutting board, 1 dead roach inside clean container by 3 compartment sink, 2 dead roaches on the shelve of prep table next to reach in cooler in front of the cook line. **Admin Complaint**
