Observed an employee wipe their brow with their gloved hand then grab a to-go box to plate a sandwich without changing their gloves. Operator had them change gloves and wash their hands. **Corrected On-Site**

16-55-4Basic – Dishmachine not washing/rinsing properly. Must wash, rinse and sanitize all dishware, equipment and utensils in three-compartment sink until dishmachine is functioning properly. Observed their dish machine down for repairs. At this time the operator had switched to using their quaternary triple sink for all dishes until it is repaired.
12B-07-4Basic – Employee beverage container on a food preparation table or over/next to clean equipment/utensils. Observed an employee drink stored above the back catering prep table. Operator removed the drink. **Corrected On-Site**
