High Priority – Live, small flying insects found. Upon inspection, observed approximately 20 small flying insects inside of salad spinning machine on prep table in dishwashing area of establishment. No food items observed in machine. Manager quickly closed lid and removed machine from establishment to remove the insects. Employee states bean sprouts have been on the counter for approximately 2 hours and 45 minutes. Employee moved bean sprouts into cooler during inspection. **Corrective Action Taken**
