22-43-4High Priority – Quaternary ammonium sanitizer not at proper minimum strength for manual warewashing. Do not use equipment/utensils not properly sanitized. Tested at 0 ppm management added more tablets and drained old water
28-26-5High Priority – Sewage/wastewater backing up through floor drains. Floor drain in kitchen has a room with a ice machine and dry can good shelf. The drain is backed up not leaking unto ground. In bar area manager drained dish washing machine and the drain underneath was backing on floor. Plumber was onsite at time of inspection and fixed the drains all water was going down and employees were mopping waste water and sanitizing area. **Corrected On-Site**
