03A-02-5High Priority – Time/temperature control for safety food cold held at greater than 41 degrees Fahrenheit. On the top of the bar cooler, butter packets (69F – Cold Holding). The packets were out of refrigerator for less than 1 hour. The butter was returned to the refrigerator to chill and cold hold. **Corrective Action Taken**

31A-09-4Intermediate – Handwash sink not accessible for employee use at all times. At the front counter, the hand sink was obstructed by the recycling bag and an empty jug from chocolate syrup was stored in the sink. The items were moved to make the sink accessible. **Corrected On-Site**
