31B-05-4Intermediate – Paper towel dispenser at handwash sink not working/unable to dispense paper towels. Observed the towel dispenser not working at their counter hand sink. Advised them to use their functioning hand station.
31B-06-4Intermediate – Soap dispenser at handwash sink not working/unable to dispense soap. Observed their soap dispenser at the counter hand sink not functioning at this time. Advised them to use their other fully functioning hand sink.
