03D-01-5High Priority – Cooked/heated time/temperature control for safety food not cooled from 135 degrees Fahrenheit to 70 degrees Fahrenheit within 2 hours. On prep table in table, rice 87F at 9:35am (heated cooling from approximately 7:30am). Manager spread rice in shallow pans and moved to freezer to rapid chill to 70F. **Corrective Action Taken**
12A-07-5High Priority – Employee failed to wash hands before putting on gloves to initiate a task working with food. Employee changed gloves after handling raw steak without first washing hands. Reviewed proper washing procedures with employee and she washed hands and put on new gloves. **Corrected On-Site**
