Observed 8 sandwiches (2 turkey, 1 chicken parm sub, 2 bagel with cream cheese, and 3 chicken sandwiches)in machine that when reset and back on had an ambient of 75F-Operator unsure when machine went off. Observed refrigerated vending machine off upon arrival. Operator reset plug/ outlet that had tripped. Machine turned on with an ambient temperature of 75F. Machine accepting payment with a temperature of 65F when inspector attempted to purchase to test. After 20 minutes, ambient temperature dropped down to 41F.
