Observed manager touched cooking knife, reach in cooler door handle, cutting board, tree compartment sink faucet, cabinet door at three compartment sink, and manager proceed to engage with ready to eat food such as pilled avocado, placing cook rice on plate to serve to customers. Coach manager on proper gloves using procedure when engaging in ready to eat food.
