14-69-4Basic – Ice buildup in reach-in freezer and/or walk-in freezer. Observed ice buildup around walk in freezer door. Observed ice buildup in bottom of freezer on cook line. **Repeat Violation**
31B-04-4Basic – No handwashing sign provided at a hand sink used by food employees. Observed no employee hand washing sign at employee hand sink across from chemical dish machine. Inspector will send copy of employee handwashing sign. **Corrected On-Site**
