03A-02-5High Priority – Time/temperature control for safety food cold held at greater than 41 degrees Fahrenheit. Half and half 46F was on the counter less than 30 min prior to temperature being taken. Second temp43F@10am Shredded cheese 46F cold holding. Cheese was placed in a cold unit that was turned in in the am and did yet drop to proper temperature. Operator placed shredded cheese in an alternate unit. **Corrective Action Taken**
