Employee stated container had been on counter for approximately 2 hours and voluntarily discarded. Inspector sent operator time as a public health control paperwork. **Corrective Action Taken**
41-10-4High Priority – Toxic substance/chemical improperly stored. Two spray bottles hanging on handle of cart in back kitchen over/facing open boxes of single service utensils. Employee removed spray bottles. **Corrected On-Site**
