Observed cooked chicken, cooked beef, cut tomatoes, cut lettuce, sliced pepper jack cheese (44F-51F – Cold Holding) in front display case. Discussed with employee morning procedures. Display cooler case turned on upon arrival and food placed in display case before allowing the temperature of cooler to reach 41F and below.
