Discontinue use of dishmachine for sanitizing and set up manual sanitization until dishmachine is repaired and sanitizing properly. Person in charge ran the chlorine dish machine a few times and the chlorine tested at 0 PPM. The machine was primed to allow the chemical to run through the line and the chlorine is now testing at 50 PPM. **Corrected On-Site**
